I am Raj Dhonota.
For two decades, I've ridden the rollercoaster of entrepreneurship, earning millions and losing millions. My path has been through the high-stakes arena of cutting-edge ventures, filled with exhilarating highs and heart-breaking lows. But the game changes now. After the latest twist in my journey, I'm steering a new course: my last venture, in the US, based on my experiences over the last 20 years.

The reality about failure
Failure or setbacks are never easy. They challenge you deep inside. When you accept the limiting belief that failure simply equals failure, this is when you truly fail. However, if you accept that setbacks will happen, and face them with resilience and an open-mind to grow, then setbacks simply become the deep roots which allow success to blossom.
My outlook on success
Success is never a straight line. It’s subjective and comes in all forms. It’s more about your outlook or how you feel, rather than something that can be measured or compared. For me, success should never be ‘achieved’ – it should be a moving goal that drives you on to improve each and every part of your life, whether personal or business.
